Ethan Goodman
Urban Planner and Project Manager
Mr. Goodman has managed the successful permitting of residential, commercial, and community facility buildings throughout the City. He has extensive knowledge of City, State, and Federal land use and environmental permitting regulations and procedures.
Before joining Wachtel & Masyr, Mr. Goodman worked at the environmental planning firm of AKRF, where he guided large development projects and policy initiatives through the environmental review process.
Mr. Goodman received his Master of Science in Urban Planning, Columbia University, 1998 and his Bachelor of Arts in English, University of Michigan, 1993.
