Jennifer L. Miller
Jennifer L. Miller is Of Counsel in our Corporate Department. She joined the firm in 2003. Ms. Miller has represented private and public companies, including private equity funds, in connection with mergers and acquisitions, private placements, joint ventures, debt and equity financings, and general corporate matters. She has represented companies in a variety of industries, including real estate, banking, manufacturing, health and beauty products, software, transportation, television broadcasting, and resorts and hotels. She has also advised clients with respect to corporate governance issues. Ms. Miller works closely with the Real Estate Department on real estate joint ventures, tenancy in common agreements and real estate syndications, and with the Licensing and Entertainment Department on licensing name brand trademarks.
In addition to her legal practice, Ms. Miller is active in various Catholic charities and has represented pro bono several non-for-profit entities. She has served as a member of the parish financial council for Our Lady of Lourdes Parish in Philadelphia, PA, and was a trustee and president of the parish council for St. Francis de Sales Parish in New York, NY.
Ms. Miller received her J.D. from Cornell Law School in 1995 and her B.A. from Barnard College of Columbia University in 1992, where she graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa.
