Mr. Johnson has extensive knowledge of New York City land use regulations and approval processes. Before joining Wachtel, Masyr & Missry, LLP, he served for five years as the Zoning Examiner at the NYC Board of Standards and Appeals.
Mr. Johnson earned his planning degree in the Urban Planning Program at Columbia University's Graduate School of Architecture, Planning & Preservation.
