Lino Solis

Lino Solis joined our Real Estate Department in 2009.  Mr. Solis' practice focuses on commercial real estate leasing, development transactions, land use, acquisitions and private public partnerships.

Mr. Solis joined the firm after serving as Vice President and General Counsel of Thor Equities, LLC, a private REIT based in New York City, where he led and managed the in-house law department and was also responsible for internal governmental relationships and private public financing across the corporate real estate portfolio, including drafting and negotiating big box and restaurant leasing transactions.

Mr. Solis also served as Associate General Counsel and Director of Real Estate Leasing for Urban Brands, Inc, where he assisted in the expansion and growth of the company's retail concepts, including drafting and negotiating commercial real estate transactions across the corporate portfolio.

Mr. Solis received his J.D. in 1996 from New York Law School and earned a B.A. in Political Science in 1993 from Howard University.

He is admitted to the New York Bar, the Connecticut Bar and the United States Supreme Court Bar.
