Matthew M. Spritz
Matthew M. Spritz is an associate in the litigation department of Wachtel, Masyr & Missry, LLP, joining the firm in 2010. His practice primarily focuses on securities litigation, contract and partnership disputes, commercial arbitrations and mediations, bankruptcy-related litigations, and other complex commercial litigation matters. Prior to joining Wachtel, Masyr & Missry, LLP, Mr. Spritz was an associate in the New York office of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, where he practiced in the securities and corporate governance litigation group and worked on several high-profile matters, including the restructurings of Lehman Brothers and General Motors.
Mr. Spritz is a graduate of New York University School of Law, where he served as an editor of the Moot Court Board and authored a casebook problem that was published and in use at moot court competitions throughout the country. He received his undergraduate degree from Emory University, and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
