Richard Walderman

Richard Walderman is of Counsel in the Real Estate Department. He has extensive experience representing clients in complex acquisitions and sales of commercial property, joint ventures, Section 1031 transactions, office, retail and net leasing representing both landlords and tenants, securitized financings, secured lending, and drafting and negotiation of limited liability company operating agreements.
Mr. Walderman served as Editor-in-Chief of the Touro Law Review, and is a member of the New York State Bar Association and its Real Property Section.
