Scott J. Lesser

Scott Lesser is a partner and the head of the firm's Corporate Department. Under his management, the Department represents closely held businesses, high net worth individuals, real estate developers and investors and real estate and private equity funds.

Mr. Lesser has been involved in acquisitions and sales of privately held and public companies, joint ventures, partnerships, real estate syndication, private equity fund formation and transactions and commercial lending. Scott's merger and acquisition practice focuses on the representation of acquirers and sellers in public and private transactions. His real estate practice focuses on the representation of real estate funds, developers and investors in real estate syndication and joint venture transactions. His private equity practice focuses on the representation of private equity firms in connection with their investments and their formation. His corporate practice focuses on corporate finance, partnerships among owners of closely held businesses and asset based lending transactions.
