William H. Langston joined Wachtel & Masyr, LLP as Of Counsel in 2005. Mr. Langston's practice focuses on business and financing transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures, strategic investments, debt financings, and general corporate matters. Prior to joining Wachtel & Masyr, LLP, Mr. Langston was an associate in the New York office of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP. Mr. Langston received his JD in 1996 from Columbia University School of Law and his BA in 1993 from Rice University.
