Mr. Rubenstein's practice focuses primarily on the representation of developers and investors of multifamily properties throughout the United States. Prior to joining Wachtel Masyr & Missry LLP, Mr. Rubenstein was the head transactional attorney and executive vice president of Tarragon Corporation, from 1998 through 2010, a New York based publicly traded homebuilding, multifamily and mixed-use development, operating and management company. Mr. Rubenstein also advises clients in general real estate transactional matters, including acquisitions, dispositions and financing transactions.
