Todd's practice focuses primarily on financing matters and other corporate transactions. Todd has experience representing both financial institutions and borrowers in structuring, negotiating and documenting a wide range of financing transactions, including asset-based credit facilities, revolving and term loan credit facilities, equipment leases and other equipment financings, aircraft financings and acquisition financings. Todd also advises clients in general corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and purchases and sales of debt assets.
