Wachtel Masyr & Missry welcomes Matthew M. Spritz as an associate in our Litigation Department. Prior to joining Wachtel Masyr & Missry, Mr. Spritz was an associate in the New York office of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, where he practiced in the securities and corporate governance litigation group. Mr. Spritz’s experience includes work on a number of high-profile matters, including the restructurings of Lehman Brothers and General Motors.
