Christina Fasitta concentrates her practice on corporate and real estate law, representing clients in connection with the acquisition, disposition, and financing of residential and mixed-use buildings. Clients rely on Christina’s diligence and keen attention to detail to ensure successful results. Prior to joining to the firm, Christina focused her practice on the acquisition, construction, and financing of affordable housing and community development projects in New York City, including projects financed by low-income housing tax credits and state issued tax-exempt bonds.
