A seasoned closer with a pragmatism forged from 30+ years of transactions, David Weiner’s experience spans a wide range of commercial transactions from office, residential and hotel properties in Manhattan to trophy office properties in cities like Chicago, Philadelphia, Winston-Salem, NC, Columbia, SC, and San Francisco, revitalized communities like Asbury Park, and retail and shopping center properties throughout the East.  David very capably handles his clients’ corporate and leasing needs accompanying these deals, completing ground, office and retail leases, collectively well in excess of 1 million square feet. Institutional and private lenders have reached across the closing table to work with him. As sensitive to real estate cycles as his clients, he has gained significant litigation experience over the years; a valuable negotiating and drafting asset. David’s range of practice serves his clients’ varied interests; while his dedication and demeanor have inspired them and colleagues to rely on his judgment and integrity.
