    David Yeger is an experienced commercial litigator whose clients come to him for practical solutions to complex problems.  David’s experience runs the gamut from litigation involving real estate, contract and partnership disputes, bankruptcy, governmental agency proceedings, and business torts, to transactional real estate matters and corporate buyouts. Whether advocating on behalf of creditors in bankruptcy, negotiating a business divorce, or protecting a minority partner’s interests, David’s clients rely on him as a trusted advisor, skilled negotiator and diligent attorney.

    Seretis v. Fashion Vault Corp., 110 A.D.3d 547 (1st Dep’t 2013)

    Successfully defended his client at trial and again before the Appellate Division against a claim by a disgruntled partner that the client had misappropriated $2.6 million in corporate assets

    Zanani v. Meisels, 78 A.D.3d 823 (2d Dep’t 2010)

    Obtained a lower court dismissal and an affirmance by the Appellate Division of a claim that the client had been a party to a fraudulent real estate conveyance
