    Howard Kleinhendler consistently represents clients in commercial litigation. He regularly represents Fortune 500 companies and high net individuals in matters involving construction, antitrust, trademark infringement, tax, partnership disputes, securities and FCPA violations, real estate, and white-collar criminal defense. He has dedicated his career to advancing his clients strategies and goals with efficiency, passion, and determination.

    Howard has also been actively engaged in civic affairs. He was the Democratic nominee for Congress in New Jersey’s Fourth Congressional District and was on the Ocean County Democratic Committee from 2010 to 2014.

    Represented Judlau Contracting Inc. in arbitration relating to $1.2 billion East Side Access Tunnel Project

    Represented Rosenman Family, LLC in an action against the court-appointed SIPC Trustee in the liquidation of Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC;

    Represented H. Carl McCall in the compensation case brought by New York Attorney General Elliot Spitzer against NYSE chairman, Richard Grasso;

    Represented Gristedes, Inc. in bringing claims for false advertising against Long Island Indian tribes in connection with the sale of untaxed cigarettes.
